After running the first 2 miles earlier today I went to pick up my race bib. Then I stood around until the race started. I went out way to fast. Kept up a really fast pace for me until around mile 2. Then I had to slow down a bit. And it ended with a new PR for me - 7 seconds faster than before. Very happy!
Yesterday I said that I probably wouldn't be able to get a PR and today I have one! Very very happy. My legs still sore but that's okay. They did a great job today!
