I meet with Janille at 6:30am to do 4 miles. I was supposed to do a 14 min mile pace. We did a run/walk (2/1) and I was surprised how fast the 4 miles went by. :-) It did not feel like hard work at all - which I like a lot. Not much more to say about this run.

    I have found Galloway run/walk method has helped to increase my overall run times. Try changing it up to a 3/1 interval and see how you do. Great run today!
