First speed work with my new training plan. I was supposed to do 2:45-2:50 for 4x 400's but I ran way faster. Janille was running too but she was a bit slower than me. I actually felt good after this workout and not so super tired as I did before. I like that.

We walked a bit during the warm up since Janille had shin splints. After the last repeat we walked a bit too before we started our cool down.
