Today I wanted to do an nice and easy 3 miler at a 13-14 min pace. First run of my new training plan for my half marathon on April 22. Just went out and ran. The others were faster again, so I was by myself. I knew I was faster than I planned when I reached the half way point. But getting home and seeing these fast splits (and a negative split as well) is just amazing.

I didn't even feel like I was running so fast. I felt like I was kinda slow. Not sure why I am gaining so much speed lately. It was cooler today and a bit rainy. But I am very happy with this.
