Went to the recovery run today. I ran 3 miles by myself - nobody who showed up ran my pace. They are all faster. Went out way to fast and paid for it later. But it was a great run after all.

Finally got my training plan for the Gasparilla 15K and the IronGirl Half. Can't wait to start that new plan.
