Today I went out again with my neighbor Jennifer. We walked for .1 miles when we noticed that her stroller hasn't enough air in the tires, so we went back. The .1 are not included in this workout. We fixed the stroller and went again.

We did a 3 mile run/walk. 2 min run/1 min walk. Did a .1 warm up and a .2 cool down. I was tired during the run. I guess due to the run last night but I noticed that we went kinda fast. At least faster than I thought it would be.
