When I got out of bed I put my running gear on - this way I didn't had an excuse not to go for a run. After doing some things around the house I finally got out the door.

Ran 3 miles. Didn't feel like running at all. Was thinking the first 1.5 miles how I can stop and just walk back home. But I didn't let my mind get into my way and continued running. We had some wind blowing today and for at least half of the run it was in my face. Not so nice.

I am glad I went out and ran - even if I did not feel like it at the beginning.
