I don't remember how far I actually walked. I am focused on time more than distance so I did not look at the distance.

Despite feeling horrible- like I'm getting a chest cold - I managed to work out for 21 minutes. Should have passed because I feel worse, but I needed to burn off some steam.

Considering it took me 21 minutes to complete .75 miles yesterday, it went very well. AND I worked out for the second day in a row. I am aiming to get another 20 minutes in later.
