      20 miles at that pace is something in my past.. After a hospital visit its more than good.. Also remember to put your electronics in a plastic bag in the flip belt.. they are NOT water proof..(the flip belt). Great run

      Zach: I wanted the HR monitor built into the wrist. The TomTom Cardio and the Soleus Pulse are the two options on the market with that feature right now, and this one got much better reviews. I really like it so far and I'm just learning my way around with it.

      Congrats to you and your team ... when I read a post on FB about ARC's fastest runner getting hurt I feared it was you (sorry it was Peyton but glad it wasn't you) but it obviously wasn't as you blasted this leg and put ARC firmly in the lead ... and congrats on yet another leg record.
