Oh how amazing it was to be on the track this morning. That past couple of weeks I have not been doing well on the track. Today was completely the opposite. Could it be that previously, I was running to hard on my Monday 'easy' runs? Yesterday I took it super easy and then today I had a super run. Maybe this easy stuff is going to work after all.

5x 1000, 200 recovery
3:41, 3:43, 3:43, 3:43, 3:43
1.5 mile warm up with some strides
1 mile cool down

I celebrated with oatmeal and brown shoooooga with some dried berries and soy milk and a glass of OJ.

Time for my post-track pre-work nap.
