Lat Pulls & Shoulder Press
Lateral shoulder raises
Back rows & Tricep dips
Runners Biceps & Biceps
Leg Extension & Hamstring Curl
Leg Press & Calf Raises
Bosu Ball Squats & Core & Lower Back (100 each)

Oh, and the ladies at the front desk said they fixed the pool and it is no longer 90 degrees! Good news for my swim today!
