This seemed like the longest 3 miles ever. Being inside + treadmills + watching Friends in closed caption = dread. Out of complete boredom, I increased the pace each mile, starting at a warm up of 7:30 for the first mile, then down to 7:00, then 6:40, then 6:20 for the last half. Well, that is what the deadmill said, I do not know if it adds up or not. All of it was at a 1% incline.
