Time for my specialty. Felt pretty good on the run. Again though, like the bike, I did not really get tired but I could not go any faster. This is my hardest running I have done off the bike in a while. Negative split the race with one easy mile, two where I picked it up, and then brought it home. Splits - 6:38, 6:24, 6:25, 5:25 (6:07 pace).
Honestly, I lost count but I passed over 20 people on the run. Triathlon will not be having a bright future for me if I cannot learn how to swim and cycle. I started sprinting near the end with about 1/4 mile to go. Garmin said 4:57 pace, I almost lost my lunch so backed off the throttle a bit. They have been video recording the finish line lately and I did not want me throwing up to be my Hollywood debut.

You are amazing!!

Yes, please keep the cookies for non-camera days. :) Great run and just like I'll someday run a little faster (hopefully) you'll pick up the speed on the other sports. Your smoking runs make up for a lot of it now.

Still amazing that you can do all that and still find that gear for a great ending. I am most impressed.

Killer race!
If you need help with the swim my g/f is a swim coach and she's really good (not just cuz she's my gf either haha) She got me to a 54 min IM swim.
I'm not much help with the bike though, it's by far my weakness.
