So nice to cycle in the warm sun again. Lower 70s when I started. Wind was not horrible by any means but it was still there.

5 min warm up
3x 4:00 zone 4 with 2:00 recovery
5 min easy spin
10x 2:00 zone 3 with 1:00 recovery
Cool down.

Working on keeping my cadence up now that I know what it is since I played match maker with Suzy and Garth. Avg cadence was 86 with a peak of 107!

During the warm up my heart rate read 184 ... um, how about no Scott. I think Garth was a little confused because at that heart rate, I would probably be dead.
