Oops. This was supposed to be an easy run, and it started out that way. But then I hit the hill and my legs took control and we marched up at the same pace. Then we reach the flat stretch on the way back home and I look down to see Garth saying something like 5:30 and I realized he was not trying to tell me what time it was.
So much for an easy run. I guess yesterday's rest day made the legs a little jumpy.
Too the pool!!

Sometimes the legs just don't wanna go slow! Of course, my "slow" and your "slow" are on different planets, but it's all relative!

I'm laughing at you! "He was not trying to tell me what time it was!" That's hilarious and I'm so glad to hear you had a good run and evidently feeling better. I'm with Michael, except my slow is in another galaxy, not another planet!
