Let me say this first, I have felt better after 20 mile runs than I did after tonight's weight session. This will be long, but I must document it for my own good. All exercises were done in 3 sets of 15 reps.
Warm Up (lbs):
Bench Press (55, 65, 70)
Pullover Machine (80, 80, 80)
Lateral Shoulders (7.5, 7.5, 7.5)
Shoulder Press (10, 10, 10)
Lat Pulldown (70, 75, 80)
Seated Row (55, 60, 65)
Leg Press & Calf Raises (120, 120, 135)
Leg Extension (45, 45, 45)
Hamstring Curl (45, 45, 50)
20 steps dumbbell lunges (20, 20)
Man-Maker Set (repeated 4 times with no breaks)
25 inverse Bosu ball squats (8lb medicine ball on sets 3 and 4)
25 low back raises (oblique crunches on sets 3 and 4)
25 decline sit-ups (with 10lb weight on set 4)
Cool Down:
1:00 plank - left side
1:00 plank - right side
1:00 plank - normal
50x 8lb medicine ball trunk twists
