      think we need a group run of National out and back before it gets too warm.

      Lori, what about running up National then down Holbert (even more scenic if you haven't done it)? It's just under 8 miles total. I could drop a car at the end and then we could drive back if 16 is too much.

    Tempo/interval run with James, Boone, Jamil, and (kind of) Dave. 6 mile repeats with half mile jog in between. Hit them in 5:45, 5:33, 5:32, 5:34, 5:42, 5:22.

      Ya, it's the closest access point for me. Rocky and straight up, I've gotten a lot better at hills having to do it every day!

    Got 2nd overall. Nice trails with lots of twists, turns, and undulations. Took a fall at mile 5 but otherwise the whole race went well. Got to see lots of friends at the finish!

    7x1 mile in 5:16, 5:16, 5:19, 5:22, 5:15, 5:16, 5:13. Running with the Banditos at the end made it a lot easier to keep pace!

      May skip the workout next week if I race this weekend, but otherwise it will be similar. I want to improve my half/full marathon speed+endurance, which should transfer to a fast 50 mile.

    I love the rain! City looks so clear from up high, and the air smells fresh. Ran out to Telegraph and back. Was hit with some cold wind and light rain on the west end, rather refreshing!
