good Greater Binghamton Bridge Run... 13.12 mi 02:28 11:16 pace
I felt good for this Half Marathon, up until around mile 9. Had I trained better I would have done better. Next up Bands on the run, and I will work harder for this one!

RUN
good Davis Hill / Brownfield Road 7.02 mi 01:15 10:38 pace
Long run before the bridge run. I guess it will have to be enough. I was pretty happy with my pace, especially with all the hills.

Did intervals by time instead of distance today. It was different, and I kinda liked it.

8 x 400. Felt pretty good. Going to try not to be such a slacker from now on. I've been a bad runner.

RUN
good Old Goshen / Davis Hill 6.45 mi 01:15 11:34 pace
Morning run with Mandy. I am sure I was dehydrated because it felt very hard today. Plus I did mucho hills. That could be a reason too. Turned garmin off when I got to Mandy's house, then ... read more

I have made the Garmin mistake so many times - either forgetting to switch off when running for the bus or, as you did, forgetting to switch back on after a break. Using the footpod instead of GPS is brilliant in this respect - it only records when one is taking steps and of course never loses the signal inside buildings.

I also have the footpod, and I love that I can use it indoors on the treadmill, since my treadmill is not built for a person my size. I love using the gps outside though, because I love to look at the maps when I'm done to see where I've been.

I agree, I really miss the maps when I use the footpod alone.

Nice run Theresa must have felt good to get out there today and enjoy the awesome weather we had. Don't forget Friday at 7:00 a.m. is the time to sign up for Beach to Beacon 10k.
