      Sorry to hear about the foot Caitlin...I hope it heals soon for you. To be honest I could only do about 20 push ups these days compared to about 80 a year ago...these days it's all running and not much else. You'll get there...great work out.

      Only just realized you ran this Caitlin....tell you what for a first marathon that's a great time but i know you are super fast and were maybe aiming for sub 4 hours...a windy day and tough course I am sure made things difficult. Super effort.

      Zoinks another owie!!! I hate it for you, Caitlin. I know that must be so frustrating. I've been very lucky that we found the problems I was having very early on and were able to get me in the right shoes and I just kept wearing the knee band and stopped the squats and lunges. It was too much for this old body.

      I'm sure you've already done this so I feel silly suggesting it but would different ways to lace the shoes make any difference at all? I've made a modification on my right shoe lacing and it has helped me though a little higher up on the foot than you're talking about.
