      Yes, Chicago Tri in a few weeks. Felt like switching it up since I haven't been too inspired with the distance running lately. I'm doing the sprint so I only have to run a 5k! I'm quite nervous about all the other things though.

    Personal slowest shuffle, but I wasn't expecting anything else. It was a run/walk/stretch the ITB from mile 1 on. Racing is definitely more fun when you're actually in racing shape!
