Decided to skip spinning and go for a run since it's sunny and cool outside. Easy 5 (though my legs felt pretty heavy the first 2 miles) plus 6 strides at the end.

They probably did. I was planning to do a couple loops of Reeds but parts of the trail were flooded. It's not that easy to find 10 miles to run through the neighborhood!
