      Yes, Chicago Tri in a few weeks. Felt like switching it up since I haven't been too inspired with the distance running lately. I'm doing the sprint so I only have to run a 5k! I'm quite nervous about all the other things though.

    Well, that just happened. Really fun course and crowds. Walked most of the 3 mile climb into Eden Park but the descent was real nice!
