      If there's a race in GR, decent chance I'm running it. Looking like 2x10 mile, 25K, and a half marathon in GR this year. Also, a one mile race on a track? Uhhhh.

      Felt pretty good! I think 2013 was my best year of running and that was mostly because I did strength/core so regularly.. I need to work on that again. 2014 was the year of the sloth, ha.
