      Felt pretty good! I think 2013 was my best year of running and that was mostly because I did strength/core so regularly.. I need to work on that again. 2014 was the year of the sloth, ha.

      Yes, Chicago Tri in a few weeks. Felt like switching it up since I haven't been too inspired with the distance running lately. I'm doing the sprint so I only have to run a 5k! I'm quite nervous about all the other things though.
