    The lake was choppy. I thought the quarter mile buoy was the half mile buoy and I was like 'that doesn't look very far'. Then I found out the mile swim was two laps. Then I ran a 5K.

    I biked just past the beach, sat and stared at the lake for an hour and then biked home. What is up with those monster dragonflies on the lakefront?
