"Back & Chest Day" - followed with a 5 mile "Ladder Run" (11, 10, 9, 8, 7:13) 7:13 for (1) mile is a new PR for my legs. Gracias Steve Prefontaine (mi pasión :) All kinds of areas were screaming at me at the end of this run - even in my chest... go figure?? Sunshine to all DM'ers!!!
