good Gold's Gym - PHX 5.25 mi

"Back Day" - followed with 5.25 mile run. 2 miles @ my new training speed of 8.20 and 1/4 mile at 8.0. Much fun - had to get in and out quickly do to a late gym open and clients ready for contracts early this morning - Best wishes to all DMer's :)
