    Signed up at the YMCA for the year. The treadmill felt hard. 12 weight machines with weight set at about 80% of my former ability. Swam a 500m afterwards.

    I ran with Jane at Groom Creek. The hills still killed me, but my run was better than last week. Only 3 weeks until Whiskey Row 10k...it's going to be my slowest 10k ever.;

      Yes Jessica!! You long distance runners can always run the 1/2 course or further up the hill. Jane, Tom, newbie Marie(i think), and I were there.
