Went to physical therapy for an hour today, because my foot/ankle has been bothering me for about 5 weeks. Have got to do some band exercises to help strengthen the ligaments in my foot/ankle and calf exercises. After that, I went to the gym to work on my legs.
Calf Machine- (70) 6 sets of 10
Leg extensions- (50) 4 sets of 10 Rez. 5
Leg press- (130) 5 sets of 10
Seated leg curls- (30) 4 sets of 10 Rez. 10
Deadlifts- (15) 3 sets of 10 (20) 2 sets of 10
One arm dumbell rows- (20) 4 sets of 8
lat pull-down- (60) 3 sets of 10
Hip abduction machine- (50) 3 sets of 10
Roman chair- 30 reps
