    First run in three months... oops. Actually went okay. New shoes have been purchased for the new year of running ahead. Mileage go for the year? 500 miles.

    New shoe inserts and a pill did help the running. I wasn't really feeling the run.

    Couldn't breathe. Got to the mile and a half and quit. Walked back. Went to urgent care for x-rays on the hip. Ugh.

    Felt pretty good after taking the week off to let the hip recoop. Still haven't made the doctor's appointment. Bought new insoles to extend the life of my shoes... hopefully it'll help the hips.
