First run in almost 2 months. It was tough getting going. The knee wasn't an issue and it was. Um, it was there in the sense that it felt stiff through most of the run. It wasn't an issue in that it didn't get worse and didn't really stop me during the run. Not really much you can tell from a single mile though, I'll wait a day until I try two miles
