Man, the running gods were smiling on me this PM. After a dismal 15 minute 1.75 mile split and sweating pretty profusely, I turned it around a little bit. No discomfort to speak of, in fact, after that first 2 miles I didn't feel much of anything. Who knew a 19 mile day could feel so good? I don't get it though. How can I feel this good and still be bombing my pace come race day? I need a coach
