Nice to see you back - hang in there - with time and training hopefully some of these issues will work themselves out.

@ Renee: No, I still don't know what's up. Um, its probably not all healed, but its not really painful anymore- Its just nagging. I was supposed to get an MRI on it a couple weeks ago to get a final diagnosis, but somebody fell down on the job, so I just called my doctor today to see if I could get the wheels moving for that

How could there have been a mayor with a couch if the city hadn't been designed yet? ;-)

Seriously, though, don't let it get to you. Stoplights are part of the price to run in a city. That and other pedestrians, their dogs, their shopping bags, their small children, and so on.

Are you talking the minnie apple or St Paul? I've never had too many issues with Minneapolis but as the great Jessie V once said - St. Paul was laid out by Irishmen after a bender.

Nope, I'm talking about Bannockburn, Illinois, where I am coaching the Courage Center track team until the 24th. St. Paul doesn't make sense but at least they have sidewalks

Apparently, the fitness craze has not hit Bannockburn, Illinois. There are no sidewalks in Bannockburn- anywhere. Makes running kind of difficult.

Sounds like Shepherdsville, KY. Their idea of a shoulder is the inch of crumbling asphalt over the paint line. Is that Bannockburn, too?

Keath, there's actually a crushed rock shoulder on most of the roadway, given a really small one. Plus, all the roads are highways so its a little trippy.
