2 x Multitasking study and cycling, just a test to check how the body would cope after all the 160 or so miles of running over the past 2-3 weeks, and, for a long sitting. Felt really good. Done in 2 sittings (2hr break in between workouts). Sticking with lightest resistance level 1 for now.
Exercise bike. Ave HR 104.5. Max HR 120. Zone 1.
No stretch off before workout.

Efficiency rating is calculated as [total kcal burn / total exercise time in minutes] - 10. Positive efficiency rating occurs when HR is around 132 bpm (start of zone 2) where rate of kcal burn becomes greater than exercise time in minutes. Any parameter could have been calculated and used, but this just seemed to work.
