Joined Daily Mile on 29 August 2010, day 748 of training. Today, 4 November 2011, day 1180, 433 days some 14 months later, I feel that this is not for me. In all this time I have spent at least 650 hours, about 1.5 hours a day on DM. I feel I could easily have qualified for the 70.3 and 140.6 world championships in this time. It just leaves a hollow empty feeling.
