Great short form Ashanga yoga session. Generated some serious heat on this. Still unable to do pick ups and jump backs but getting there.

Still feeling great. Spent an hour in PT as well today getting mobility work on in my hip and then 55 minutes on the training. Did about 3 minutes doing single leg drills.
