      Yes the watch is meant for hiking a long distance adventures. It has 3 modes: Regular it lasts for 5 weeks, in tracking about 1 week and in ultratrak about 15-18 hours. So far I love it.

      a worthy goal. Rather than perpetually going up in reps try adding weight in the form of a weight belt or weight vest. I try to keep my core work short and intense. I've never been a good gym rat either.

      Tim, I agree the slope is a little bothersome. Brenda I was without shoes, barefoot is the only way to experience the sand. It was fantastic and actually a pretty hard workout.
