Today's rowing workout from Mr. Computer: Maximum steady state
750m w/u. 750m c/d.
12,000m with 2x500m balls out. 1000m recovery (23-25spm, 105-131 heart rate) between sets.

I was out in the yard doing yard work this afternoon when I realized I hadn't done my row yet today. Basically a straight 12,000m row with 2x500m all out segments thrown in. Felt surprisingly good given the long workout in the morning.

Well, thank goodness you realized before it was too late that you were doing pointless yard work instead of a vital rowing workout! Now you can resume the yard work with a clear conscience and an invigorated attitude.

I was out in the yard yesterday and had the same thought -- I think Bob forgot his row. Glad to see you finally remembered. And remembered well. Solid week of work, sir. I think you are ready to go roller skating in a buffalo patch. Is the marathon next weekend?
