12,000m with 2x500m balls out. 1000m recovery (23-25spm, 105-131 heart rate) between sets.
I was out in the yard doing yard work this afternoon when I realized I hadn't done my row yet today. Basically a straight 12,000m row with 2x500m all out segments thrown in. Felt surprisingly good given the long workout in the morning.
