This work-out is fun, has variety and is a little less challenging which was nice today because I am sore from yesterday's work-out!


I bet you are too, I can't imagine! Zeb has been doing it for 7 weeks and he looks pretty darn winded and sweaty when he is done. He injured his ankle playing sand volleyball over the weekend so that will keep him from the workouts for awhile...he's pretty mad about that. Keep up the great work Brooke!!
