      Thanks Jill- The picture is a few years old and I still workout 5-6 days a week with Beachbody programs, but running has taken a back seat. I would love to get back to participating in 5k's again. I think that may be my new goal. I hope you are doing well.

      some of the best advice i ever got was that anger can be pretty damaging to youself. basically, the thing creating the anger doesn't care and/or know about your internal anger, but it can "consume" you. short hand, but you get the idea. so, be careful with that anger and drop it and move on. nice w/o, too!

      Awesome! Great way to stay motivated. I think back to my Marathon and how incredible it felt coming up to the end, and the crowd support, the memory gives me a rush. Its funny how emotions can motivate.

    Did double workouts yesterday and was feeling it this morning. Waited until about 11 am today and got it done after soreness subsided a little. Never bummed that I got it done. Have a great day!!
