Finally a workout! Haven't really worked out since Thunder Road! I was dreading riding in the cold today but since I've hardly been out of the house for weeks decided to give it a try! With two pairs of pants, compression stockings, wool socks, shoe covers, a long sleeve shirt, two cycling jerseys, under armour, two hats and really thick gloves, I felt confident I could ride in the 40 degree weather! Well, actually, Connie said it was 39 degrees when we started! It actually wasn't bad! I felt pretty warm on the ride but my toes were a little cold and that was about it. The sun actually came out and it was a very good ride. Enjoyed the company and the ride was a nice comfortable speed! I've found that racing on the bike isn't my cup of tea anymore.

    I'm in the same boat with you!! I just started back this week after Thunder Rd. I took my week after off like a good girl but then I got sick the following week!! This week has kicked my tail!! lol!! Glad you are back at it!! :)
