Great run this due to Dale's chocolate chip cookies! For the first time in months I had no pain when I ran! I could have ran further but Grandbabies were coming over!

Despite the drizzle and cold hands and feet most the way, I really had a good time! Of course the caramello latte was the best part! Can't wait till Monday's ride! Just hope the sun comes out!

It's hard to ride 40 miles with too many clothes on. It was weird today because I was burning up climbing hills but freezing cold descending them. Can't wait till summer! I was exhausted when I got home. Back at it tomorrow at 10am.

Hey Becky... wish you would have made it to the front before the start. It does help a lot. Last year I was stuck in back and it was wall-to-wall people (slow ones at that) the whole way. Gene flew around me pretty good about the 11th or 12th mile though.

I am right there with you!! I have had a time with my lower leg over the last month. So I'm gonna listen to my body & crosstrain a little more before I dive into MB!! You had a great time even with shin problems!!

Kim, yea, I was surprised at my time! With my injury I was figuring on a 2hour half. You are smart to listen to your body cause I didn't and now it's pool swimming till Myrtle! Which is kind of a challenge! I ran 30min today in the pool and hope to work up to an hour to 2 hours!
