ouch - tabata intervals hurt, but they hurt so good! The third set was a full on practice of the art of not tossing cookies, so I know I was going hard as was intended. hopefully my power output starts staying more even as I get deeper into the cyclocross season as I was a bit worried at how fast my power dropped off.
