    Saucony A5's + Snow + Salt = Cold and wet feet (though not as cold as you might think), even without socks. Man, these things feel great, though I'm having to get used to lower drop again.

    Able to breathe a little better. Hamstring felt MUCH better today. Not surprisingly, though, dealing with some glute tightness.

    Took it easy on my hamstring. Felt a little stiff, but nothing too terrible.

      Me, too. I'm not sure what I did, but arm swing during running seems to be aggravating it.
