    Registered myself to run/walk a 5k on 09/12. Jumped a couple weeks on the program since it was a little to slow. Went good, but I should avoid any other jump for a while, I'm still to fat :)

  14. Another from Pontal, it's the encounter of 2 beaches. Almost all races in Rio occur at Aterro do Flamengo so I really cherish races at other locales.
