      Yeah, those ribs keep hurting like forever, but as long as nothing is broken, the best way is to keep exercising and breathing deep. But I think 1175 feet is plenty of elevation and 46 mph is a very fast downhill. Any steeper and you'd have a very hard time getting up there and it'll be hard to brake on the way down without toppling over if you had to.
