ugh frustrated with myself for not running enough last week, so i made myself run a 5k again today. perfect temp for a run & was feeling pretty decent. help me keep it up this week!!

I find it is always harder for me to run after taking some time off. It is super easy for me to get and keep being lazy. So, good for you for getting back at it!
