    Biked from two rivers to the dam and back. I forgot how HILLY it is! Great workout.

    good finally got a bike! 14 mi

    I finally bought a bike....LOVE it! I biked to the gym, worked out and biked back...then later just before the sun went down i biked another 5 on the gewenway.

    Ran 5 between an 8:30-9:00 pace. The last mike i did barefoot so it was much slower. A couple little sore spots but overall it went well.

      HAHAHA I'm just reading this. LOLLLL Yea this race is NOT for the faint of hearts. It's HILLY. It's HOT out. 10 brutal miles. LOL! You'll see. :) Then, if the heat hasn't made us puke, we'll shove our faces full of moon pies and drink cola til we DO puke. YAY!
