  1. RUN
alright Broadway / Capitol Hill 2.33 mi 00:31 13:18 pace

Raining and super windy. Struggled on the hills. Kept thinking at some point the wind would be at my back, but not sure it ever felt like it!

A quick shot of the cold lonely beach at Magnuson Park before the 5K this morning. Notice the white caps on Lake Washington!

  3. RUN

Fuh-reezing. It was so windy. About 41 degrees, but I think the windchill brought it down to about 31 degrees. And since it's Seattle, the usual: Mud. Wet socks. Cold hands. Soggy pony tail.

  4. FIT
    great Camelback Mountain 2.4 mi

Hiked/climbed the Echo Canyon (Valley?) side of Camelback in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Quite a workout but well worth it.
