    The Gentleman and I returned to the stadium where we did box jumps, bear crawls, and ran the steps.

    The Gentleman and I ran about 3 miles with engaging in obstacle training - bear crawls up and down stairs, pull ups and monkey bars, box jumps, and a little bit on the stadium.
