This turned out to be a long one. 5 miles to the gym and took a shorter route back home. I really wanted to run today so I took some Ibuprofen and pushed through the pain. I know I shouldn't be running but sometimes I just don't care:) At the gym did some strength training and core work. Was there for at least a hour.
