    HI all, I started running again on July 1 (don't forget about that cheesy video:) Last week, my back triggered again and caused issues in my hip, so I stopped. Being patient, keeping my chin up and doing what I can. I hopefully will be back at it in a couple of days. Down side is that fall marathons are not looking promising...awe well:)
