I have so many mistakes I don't know where to begin so how about I talk about the latest one:)
When you are injured, sometimes you need to just stop and take a break. In March I hurt my back and I kept trying to run through... why? I know better but runners are dumb (at least I am) and I tried to keep pushing until I could barely walk.
Advice - listen to your body, uncle means uncle. :)
