Up a littler earlier but still no dice. Need to find a way to feel more rested. July 1 is around the corner and I think my running legs will be back (slowly).

Few questions on my status, my back is so much better. I need to keep taking it easy a little more longer to ensure I can come back. I went to my last dr. appointment this week, need to keep playing it smart. Thanks for all the support.
