      @steve - yeah odd but this is what stopped me from running the other week. I thought it was my shoes, obviously I was wrong. I am going to try again tonight to see if it goes better.

    Morning runs haven't been happening so I was able to run again in the evening. Had to post this on Thursday though.

    I had to meet with one of my sons teachers today and had time to slip in a 10k before my oldest sons soccer practice. Gotta luv meeting with the teach!

    Recovery Sunday 4.25 mi

    Just wanted to round out the week and ran a pretty fast tempo recovery run. Glad I was able to sneak this in between church in the morning and a fair in the afternoon. #bestfamilyday
