    Another decent run to balance out the week. My goal today was 14 but went a little farther. Half way through the run it started raining, felt great. Time to relax.

      Nice run on your part & I would like to say "Thank you" to your son for taking part in the ice bucket challenge. My cousin has been battling ALS for 6 1/2 years. It is a horrible (devastating) disease. So glad to see young people getting involved. Many thanks!!!
