  1. RUN
good Sunday run 10.79 km 01:03 09:23 pace

Hill repeats and muddy, wet laps in a field!

  2. RUN
alright Langford Lake 5.6 km 00:33 09:27 pace

Slow run after strength training workout. Perfect day out, minus the super slippery boardwalks around the lake!

  3. VELO
    good Gym 00:40

Started out on the treadmill but felt too dizzy today... don't know why treadmills give me vertigo! Spinned for 30mins after a 10min run

good Glen Lake 8.29 km 00:48 09:14 pace

New Years run in my new Saucony Kinvaras! Shoes felt great, body felt a bit rusty though. Sunny but freezing Jan. 1st!

  5. RUN
good Lands End Half Marathon 21.1 km 01:47 08:08 pace

Set a new half marathon PB! Should be on par for a sub-4h marathon in October!

  6. RUN
good GoodLife Fitness Victoria Hal... 24.71 km 02:31 09:48 pace

Not bad for running after sitting at a desk for 8 hours, running into a headwind with a backpack full of work clothes, shoes and water on my back.

    • Chris

Nice job! Yeah, that wind was brutal yesterday, glad it was a rest day for me!

It felt like one of those dreams where you're trying to ran fast to get away from something but your legs move in slow motion!

  7. RUN
    alright 29.01 km 03:03 10:09 pace

Not bad for 33 degree heat. Legs hurt after 25km, jumped in the lake after which felt AMAZING. Also saw Simon Whitfield and Jon Brown speed by...jezus they're fast.

      Nice Job:

Great Job, especially with the heat! I ran the Navy 10K today, and it was brutal, but awesome at the same time.

  8. RUN
alright 26 km Long Run 26 km 02:45 10:13 pace

Not a bad run, but too long with a backpack full of clothes, lunch and water. Had to fit it in on Friday because I went upisland on Sunday!

  9. RUN
good Sunday long run 24 km 02:21 09:27 pace

Felt great except when I pushed past the 20 km mark...slowed down quite a bit, more of a menta barrier: finally ran further than a half marathon!

  10. RUN
blah Run from work to Atkins Rd. 12.03 km 01:10 09:21 pace

Legs felt great, stomach was cramping and turning itself inside out for the last 10km. Wanted to run to my Jeep at JDF but had to walk to last few K's.
