    Not bad for 33 degree heat. Legs hurt after 25km, jumped in the lake after which felt AMAZING. Also saw Simon Whitfield and Jon Brown speed by...jezus they're fast.

    Not a bad run, but too long with a backpack full of clothes, lunch and water. Had to fit it in on Friday because I went upisland on Sunday!

    Felt great except when I pushed past the 20 km mark...slowed down quite a bit, more of a menta barrier: finally ran further than a half marathon!

    Legs felt great, stomach was cramping and turning itself inside out for the last 10km. Wanted to run to my Jeep at JDF but had to walk to last few K's.
